In its bi-annual World Economic Outlook released today, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) described the global economy as entering a “dangerous new phase”. According to the report, uncertainty with the U.S. economy and the ongoing Eurozone debt crisis threatens to pull the global economy into recession.
